COOK AN AYURVEDIC THANKSGIVING MEAL

This is a classic Ayurvedic recipe to kickstart your digestion & metabolism before a meal. Ginger is a very popular digestive spice used in Ayurveda. It awakens tastes buds while triggering the production of digestive enzymes which will help your system break down the foods you eat. Eat one strip ~15-30min before a meal and you’ll leave the table feeling lighter and less bloated than usual.
